Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept any sponsor that inquires?
Unfortunately, no. I only accept sponsors that I feel are a good fit for the show and audience. I do not advertise anything having to do with sex, drugs, smoking, fast food, etc.
Will you interview me or my client?
Please fill out the form to apply to be a guest on the podcast. This is for ads only.
Will you do an ad trade with my podcast?
Sure, send your demographics and stats and I’ll see if it’s a good fit.
Will you also advertise my product or service, etc. to your mailing list included in your package fee?
No, it is not included. It is another $40. I will only include it in my email list once per month regardless of how many packages you purchase.
I need my ad to be released on a specific date. Is that possible?
Please let me know the date and I’ll let you know if anything is available. Podcast episodes are released once a week. The date depends on how much an individual episode needs editing.

Ad Requirements and Fine Print
Once your package has been chosen and product/service/ad topic approved, I will need the following:
Ad audio that does NOT go over paid ad time from you or your team.
If I am recording the ad I will need a FULL SCRIPT. Ad will NOT go over paid time, and may need to be edited for time. These are short 30 second to 60 second ads, please keep that time crunch in mind.
I will only rerecord once without charging a rerecording fee to cover my time if first ad I send is not approved. The back and forth is very time consuming, so it’s always best to be extremely clear and concise from the start.
Ad rerecord fee is free for first rerecord and $25 each additional.
At any point I have the right to no longer accept the ad should the process become too time consuming. At which point I will return 50% of the ad package rate. However rerecord fees will not be refunded. Again please be clear with your ad and script to avoid this.
Episodes are released once a week. Not on a specific day. Therefore specific date/times are not available. Once an episode is released with your ad I will let you know, if requested.
Unlike the television of the past where there was no way to watch ON DEMAND entertainment and it had to be consumed at a set time, new online and ON DEMAND entertainment is not based on a very specific date/time. As long as listeners get weekly episodes they remain engaged. This has been tested and confirmed for our type of podcast which is evergreen.
Nearly all our episodes are EVERGREEN. Meaning your ads will be heard when people search a topic or guest as long as the podcast is available. Topics are 98% of the time not specific to a set time period or current events. Peak engagement for episodes is anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. I have seen episodes blow up in a huge way after a year.
At any moment ANY podcast may be SILENCED or DEPLATFORMED. Meaning that the podcast (and this goes for all podcasts) may be taken off one or all of the major podcast platforms. In the event this happens, your ad may no longer be heard. While I will do everything in my power to prevent this, it is up to the platforms.
