These supplements have really helped my extreme Estrogen Dominance and PCOS the most.  Should I forget to take them, I feel awful.  I may experience acne, inflammation, depression, etc. coming back in full force. Sometimes I get migraines once I start back on my supplements.

DIM (diindolylmethane) For Estrogen Dominance

DIM stands for diindolylmethane (pronounced: dye-in-dollmethane).  It is a natural plant nutrient found in broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables. It shifts estrogen metabolism to the 2-hydroxy pathway, resulting in healthier estrogen metabolites and restored hormonal balance. Inside your body, DIM acts like a “traffic cop,” guiding used estrogen down the 2-hydroxy pathway.

Calcium D-Glucarate (a form of D-glucaric acid complexed with calcium) for Estrogen Dominance

There are two crucial components you need to focus on, which are your digestive and liver health. Exposure to chemicals in our food, water, and air, along with a diet high in saturated fats, carbs, and sugar, can cause interference with digestive health and fat metabolism. Calcium D-Glucarate is a form of D-glucaric acid complexed with calcium.
